The Personal Story Paradox
Paradox: a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true – Oxnard dictionaries
Some examples of a paradox are:
- You can save money by spending it.
- I know one thing; that I know nothing.
- This is the beginning of the end.
In chiropractic communication, there are paradoxes as well. One of them comes built into a question that I get from Chiropractors all over the world?
“If the secret of public speaking is to make my talks about the audience, why should I spend time talking about myself? Why should I tell my story?”
That is a paradox and a valid concern. In this video, you will discover the answer to this question and the secret to effectively and persuasively share your personal story during talks.
